Archpark U Ltd is looking for 10 motivated graduates to join our 2026 initiatives.
We are currently running a 6-month Graduate Trainee Program (with an option to extend) for recent graduates or young professionals not exceeding two (2) years in the field after graduation.
Purpose: Provide on-site support to ensure smooth execution, coordination, and documentation of construction or project activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support site supervision and daily operations
- Assist with site measurements, inspections, and records
- Help coordinate materials, tools, and site logistics
- Maintain basic site documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety and site procedures
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s-level training in Building, Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Basic understanding of construction site operations
- Willingness to work on-site and follow instructions
- Good observation and reporting skills
- Physically fit, reliable, and safety-conscious
