Job Summary: Into Africa Initiatives Limited is seeking a motivated Graduate Trainee to support our operations in Uganda. This role is ideal for a recent graduate ready to build real industry experience in international business, trade facilitation, and project coordination.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination of training programs and trade missions
- Assist with client communication and reporting
- Prepare documents, presentations, and digital content
- Handle basic administrative and operational tasks
- Work closely with our continental team and gain real exposure
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Must reside in Kampala, Uganda
- Recent graduate (any discipline)
- Strong IT and digital skills (Microsoft Office, Canva, email platforms & AI tools)
- Organized, proactive, and willing to take on diverse tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely and independently
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Duration: 2–3 months
Outstanding performance may lead to a full-time role.
