Job Summary: The successful candidate will oversee all business functions including sales, Operations, HR, and administration, while effective performance management, Value for money in all expenditure and to ensure sustainable profitability
They are looking for a seasoned leader with at least 10 years’ progressive experience in sales, operations, or general management (5 years at senior level)A strong background in FMCG, animal feeds, or hardware trading will be a distinct advantage. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strategic thinking, strong financial acumen, and the ability to inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s degree will be an added advantage.)
