Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor of Food Science or diploma in relevant field.
- Ugandans are encouraged to apply
- Minimum two to three year work experience as hygiene and sanitization officer in a hotel/restaurant or similar large restaurant complex or cleaning equipment, plant and environment.
- Experience in the cleaning of highly sensitive equipment preferred.
- Flexible approach to working and committed to occasional night shifts and weekend working.
- Experience of conducting training on a one on one basis or to small groups
- Flexibility to travel
