Job Summary: Lead and institutionalize all field operations (Sales & Collections) to ensure efficiency, accountability, and performance across all zones. The role bridges product, marketing, and customer operations, driving growth and recovery targets through disciplined execution.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee both Field Sales and Field Collections teams.
- Develop and implement SOPs, escalation paths, and reporting structures.
- Coordinate closely with the Call Center for overdue account escalations.
- Identify markets for stationed agents and booth deployments.
- Approve escalation to legal recovery.
- Monitor KPIs: L0 growth, repayment performance, cure rate, and cost efficiency.
- Train and mentor Supervisors and team leads.
- Represent field performance in management and SMT meetings.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience managing field teams in fintech, MFI, or telecom.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and data reporting tools.
