Carlcare Service Limited was established in Hong Kong in 2009 with an aim to provide professional service support to mobile phones and other electronic consumer products, and over the years has become a leading service brand for consumer electronics in South East Asia, Middle East and Africa. Currently, Carlcare is providing full-service support for TECNO, Itel & Infinix, three worldwide famous mobile phone brands.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overall sales trend monitoring: Tracking sales data (SI, ST, SO – likely stock-in, sellthrough, sell-out) across various channels.
- Performance analysis: Analyzing the performance of specific shops, distributors, and internal teams.
- Reporting: Creating reports and interactive dashboards, often using tools like Power BI or advanced Excel functions, for daily reporting and management review.
- System implementation and training: Assisting with the implementation of new systems and providing training to team members (e.g., DCR system).
- Process improvement: Evaluating existing business processes to identify areas for optimization or automation.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of a diploma in business and marketing-related studies. A degree or higher is an added advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong negotiation, prospecting and closing skills
- Good presentation skills
- Experience needed
- At least 2(two) years of working experience in sales/marketing
