Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide overall strategic leadership by setting direction, developing policies and driving resource mobilisation.
- Oversee the design, implementation and quality of all training programs.
- Manage the company’s operations while ensuring optimal use of its resources.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Education: At least a Master’s degree in Education, Organisation Psychology or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years
- Industry Experience: Soft Skills Training
- Additional Details
- At least 5 years of experience in resource mobilization.
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior management role in the international development sector.
