Job Summary: Our client, an established and fast-growing organization, is seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, build strong client relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate is strategic, results-oriented, and passionate about unlocking new opportunities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, risks, and emerging opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Track, analyze, and report on business performance and growth KPIs
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional networks
- High level of initiative, ownership, and strategic thinking
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
Added Advantage
