Job Title: Business Development Executive

In Uganda DAS operates on the principle of ‘Education for all’ with a simple and explicit goal of “Providing high quality education at an affordable cost”. Dream Africa has various branches in Kampala, Wakiso, Mukono and Jinja.
Job Summary: To drive the school’s growth through marketing, partnerships, and enrollment strategies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans to enhance school visibility and enrollment.
- Build relationships with corporates, communities, and feeder schools.
- Organize promotional events, open houses, and school tours.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Support admissions processes and achieve enrollment targets.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in education.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Creative and results-driven approach.
