Job Summary:   Were hiring an ambitious Business Development Associate who is eager to learn and ready to take on the challenge of growing our client base and driving business results. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are passionate about sales, business growth, and client relationships. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed and evolve into a top-tier business development professional.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients across all service lines, with a focus on converting them into long-term partners
  • Generate leads independently and follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) provided by the marketing team
  • Conduct sales outreach through calls, emails, and meetings to pitch services and close deals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, refine service offerings, and ensure a smooth client experience
  • Participate in continuous training and feedback sessions to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and performance

 




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • A recent graduate or early-career professional in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn and grow
  • Passionate about business growth and solving client challenges
  • Comfortable using digital tools and working both independently and collaboratively
