Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making across the Airtel Business unit. This role drives enterprise-wide performance tracking, develops data models for business planning, supports pricing and product strategy, and facilitates operational excellence through deep analytics. Functionally aligned to the Director, Enterprise Business, and administratively under the Head of B2B Marketing, the role is central to enhancing commercial effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards for Mobility, Fixed, and Strategic Products.
  • Submit accurate weekly and monthly reports on time.
  • Track AOP, OB, and ADP execution across functions.
  • Maintain integrity of key metrics (Revenue, GAs, Churn, Retention).
  • Provide business insights through root cause analysis and trends.
  • Partner with vertical heads to inform tactical actions.
  • Develop forecast models for Fixed, GSM, and new product lines.
  • Support B2B Marketing with competitor benchmarking.
  • Run price elasticity analysis.
  • Assist with new product launch data modelling.
  • Prepare C-suite performance decks and board review packs.
  • Identify business risks & opportunities in advance.
  • Coordinate performance updates for Group / OPCO reviews.
  • Proactively flag issues in segment or product lines.
  • Recommend corrective actions tied to data.
  • Generate heatmaps and dashboards for churn and revenue leakage control.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years in a commercial, marketing, or business analysis role; telecom or tech sector exposure is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Experience in a multi-product, high-performance sales organization is desirable.
  • Analytical Thinking & Attention to Detail.
  • Commercial Acumen & Financial Modelling.
  • Communication & Storytelling with Data.
  • Stakeholder Management (Cross-Functional).
  • Initiative & Follow-through Discipline.
  • Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL (Advantageous).
