Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing bid documents, proposals, and tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements and Green Power standards.
  • Conduct research and analysis on potential opportunities, competitors, and market trends to support bid development, including market research, competitor analysis, and client needs assessment.
  • Organizing, maintaining, and distributing bid-related information, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible, filing, and storage.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and suppliers to gather information and clarify bid requirements.
  • Ensure bid documents meet company quality standards and client requirements.
  • Work closely with the bidding team, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure bid documents are comprehensive and accurate.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with bids and contracts and preparing reports on bid progress and performance.
  • Tracking bid progress, deadlines, and assisting with post-bid activities, such as debriefs and analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Logistics Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Experience of 3 and above years in the same field.
  • Skills: Must have Excellent writing skills, research, analytical skills; strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Bid preparations processes and procedures and Understanding of the Procurement regulations and guidelines.
