Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to be part of our small but effective team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager. In this hybrid role based in Ntinda complex, you will be responsible for managing accounts and ensuring projects are completed within budget and scheduling requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage own accounts and projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules. Coordinate with creative teams to discuss client requirements and presentation concepts. Engage with clients to determine objectives, budget, and background information. Formulate basic layout designs and specify material details. Review and approve art materials and proofs developed by staff members. Hire, train, and direct staff in developing design concepts.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in document management software (e.g., Photoshop) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
