Job Summary: The Account Relationship Officer – Enterprise is responsible for managing and growing strategic business relationships with enterprise customers. The role drives revenue through proactively seeking and securing new business, account management, customer success initiatives, and promotion of ISP solutions including Internet connectivity, cloud services, network security, managed services, and value added solutions. This position ensures exceptional customer experience, customer retention, and achievement of sales targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and supporting network security sutions for customers.
- Working with different security vendors. Fortinet, F5, Cisco, niper, Sophos, Checkpoint and others.
- Engaging directly with customers, providing expertise in network security architecture and best practices.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized security solutions.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in network security. (Perimeter firewalls, Web Application Firewalls, penetration testing, intrusion detection, DDOS solutions, IP/TCP knowledge etc)
- Solution design and technical proposal writing skills
- Ability to pitch technical solutions to prospective customers.
- At least 5 years experience in network security field.
