Job Title: Academic Supervisor – Several Positions

Dream Africa has various branches in Kampala, Wakiso, Mukono and Jinja.
Job Summary: To oversee teaching quality, curriculum implementation, and academic standards across the school.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and evaluate teachers through classroom observations and feedback.
- Ensure curriculum alignment and effective instructional practices.
- Organize and lead teacher training and development programs.
- Monitor student academic performance and implement improvement plans.
- Collaborate with the Head of School on academic policies and innovations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field.
- 5+ years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of pedagogy, assessment, and educational trends.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
