Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and capable Sales Executives who will support our business growth.
Job Purpose: In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, focusing on tile adhesive & grout products. You will be responsible for developing and sustaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their tile adhesive & grout needs, and providing solutions that match their requirements. Your goal will be to drive sales growth and exceed set targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in need of tile adhesive & grout solutions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct cold-calling, new customer acquisition, and product demos
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Generate sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the product development team to understand the latest tile adhesive & grout products and innovations.
- Attend industry trade shows and events to represent the company and promote adhesive products.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the tile adhesive and grout industry.
- Strong understanding of tile adhesive & grout products and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
