Job Summary: The primary role of a Clerk System is to maintain accurate system transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting operational efficiency within the supply chain and warehouse functions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- System Transactions: Capture and validate stock movements in MSD and related systems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records for transfers, stock counts, and reconciliations.
- Inventory Management: Verify physical counts against system data, investigate stock discrepancies execute inventory adjustments & perform routine reporting.
- Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Manage receipts and dispatches of inventory, including reverse logistics, to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
- Compliance Business Systems & SOP Adherence: Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, SC Ways, food safety (FSSC) requirements, housekeeping standards, quality standards as well as Coca-Cola requirements.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, business administration, stores management, Procurement or related field.
- Experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory management in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an added advantage.
