Job Title: Swimming Pool Supervisor (Operation and Maintenance)

About Organisation:
Sugar Corporation of Uganda Limited (SCOUL) is part of Mehta Group of Companies and one of the leading producers of mill white Sugar in the Country. It’s located at 45 kms on Kampala-Jinja Highway, just within the vicinity of Lugazi Town Council-Buikwe District.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in swimming pool maintenance and operations
- Proven track record in maintaining residential, commercial or institutional pools
Technical Skills
- Expertise in water chemistry testing and balancing pH, chlorine, alkalinity, etc
- Knowledge of pool filtration systems, pumps, heaters, and chlorinators
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and equipment malfunctions
- Familiarity with automated pool systems and controls
- Certifications: Valid certification in Pool Maintenance or Pool Operator Training (e g , CPO -Certified Pool Operator) and Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge preferred
General Requirements
- Experience in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma in relevant field
References: At least two professional references from previous employers in similar roles Remunerations: will commensurate with experience and qualifications.
