Job Summary: Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking a Station Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, control inventory, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales growth in the petroleum sector.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular competitor price surveys and provide recommendations on pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and share daily sales, stock, and reconciliation reports with Oryx Energies Uganda Limited and Finance teams.
  • Manage product ordering, receiving, and inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure timely banking of daily sales proceeds (not later than D+1).
  • Oversee site cleanliness, operational efficiency, and functionality of all equipment.
  • Perform daily product quality checks (density and water tests) and ensure accurate fuel price displays.
  • Supervise forecourt operations and staff to ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company standards.
  • Drive business development initiatives to achieve and exceed station sales and profitability targets.
  • Ensure all safety equipment is functional and all HSE standards are strictly adhered to.
  • Maintain proper records, reconcile trading statements weekly, and coordinate with contractors for any site work.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the petroleum industry.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on operational excellence and service delivery.
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including late evenings and public holidays.
