Job Summary: Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking an experienced Station Customer Attendant for our client in the petroleum. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, ensuring accurate fuel dispensing, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient service station environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers warmly and provide a positive first impression upon arrival at the station.
- Deliver exceptional and professional service, including under-bonnet checks, free windscreen cleaning, and related customer support.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the forecourt area and fuel pumps.
- Process all transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Comply with all safety, operational, and company policies at all times.
- Participate in daily stock-taking procedures at the start of each shift.
- Ensure fuel prices are correctly always displayed.
- Dispense the correct fuel type for each vehicle, verify carefully before pumping.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- At least O-Level UNEB certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the petroleum sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to operational excellence.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
