Job Summary: We are seeking a Sous Chef with proven expertise in steak preparation and grilling techniques.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the chef in preparing meals, including premium steaks and sides.
- Oversee mise-en-place, stock usage, and kitchen organization.
- Maintain food hygiene and supervise kitchen operations when the chef is absent.
