Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales Trainer Western Region to join our Sales group; as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.
As the Sales Trainer, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales department’s success. Your role? Crafting dynamic training programs, empowering our sales staff with product knowledge, and ensuring they’re geared up to exceed targets. You’ll dive into the heart of our sales operations, molding a team that’s ready to conquer the market.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

From onboarding new DSRs to fine-tuning the skills of seasoned pros, you’ll be the maestro orchestrating our team’s performance.
