Motese International is a consulting agency whose primary business in auctioning recovery and sale.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in marketing, sales, and digital outreach, with a solid foundation in computer applications and social media marketing. The Sales Officer will be responsible for setting and achieving sales goals, marketing distressed properties, generating reports, and sourcing new business opportunities, particularly in the field of debt recovery.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set weekly and monthly sales projections aligned with company objectives
- Develop and implement monthly and annual goal targets for the sales department
- Market and sell distressed buildings and other real estate properties
- Source debt recovery assignments and instructions from bank managers and financial institutions
- Maintain and utilize client databases to track sales leads and manage customer interactions
- Use social media platforms and digital tools to drive marketing campaigns and generate leads
- Generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports
- Work closely with the finance, legal, and marketing teams to streamline operations
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and bank engagements as required
- Perform any other related assignments as delegated by management
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of a Diploma in ICT, Sales & Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in common computer applications including: MS Word, Spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), Databases (Access, CRM systems, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge and practical experience in social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development
Remuneration: Negotiable but Competitive salary based on experience and performance with additional incentives/commissions.
