Job Summary: ASPIRE ONE LTD a registered Company in Uganda dealing in Real Estate and Property Management is looking for a Pro-active, Trust-worthy, Hardworking, and Qualified Candidate to join Noon Hotel Apartments to fill the position of Sales & Marketing Officer
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the general manager in designing and implementing price and package strategies for the hotel apartments
- Build on and develop relationships with the current clients to build brand awareness and maximize revenues.
- Analyze the current markets and identify new markets and potential clients
- Strategize and optimize the hotels online presence and promotion in the field
- Devise promotion and marketing strategies to boost the sales for the Hotel’s apartments bookings and sales of services
- Submit weekly sales and marketing activity report to the general manager
- Proactively monitor the hotels profile on various social media platforms to ensure timely responses are posted
- Drive digital marketing initiatives including social media, email marketing and content marketing .
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Look for opportunity where the company can increase its exposure through any events, magazines, print media, or online media that can be considered by management.
- Ensure brand adherence and quality of all online content and any branded print materials.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns
- Oversee public relations activities to enhance the company’s public image and look for opportunities for potential collaboration or business development.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, and other third party industry influencers
- Participate in marketing events and trade shows to increase brand awareness and in turn the company sales
- Strategically promote the hotel’s guest services such as conference room, business center, laundry services, restaurants etc
- Handle any other duties assigned to you by management in line with the job title
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Business administration, or similar course
- At least 2-3 Years’ Experience in a busy Organization
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Should be Smart, Active, Motivated and ready to learn.
- Should be confident and be able to present themselves and the company is a professional and elevated manner.
- Should be computer literate with excellent command of Microsoft Office, MS Word, Excel, and Access & Power point.
- Any other certificates are an added advantage.
