Job Summary: ABC Sales Consulting is hiring on behalf of Fancy Packs, a fast-growing packaging company that provides high-quality packaging solutions to manufacturers, retailers, and distributors across Uganda. Fancy Packs is committed to innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction helping businesses protect, present, and promote their products effectively.
We’re seeking a motivated Sales Executive to help grow Fancy Packs’ client base and increase revenue. The role requires confidence, strong communication, and a passion for selling practical solutions that support business growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new clients in retail, manufacturing, and distribution sectors.
- Conduct meetings, product presentations, and follow up to close sales.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and projections.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client orders smoothly.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in B2B or packaging-related sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, well-organized, and confident working independently.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Having own transport is an added advantage.
