Job Title: Sales & Distribution Agent – Paint Manufacturing

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Market and promote all company paint products to new and existing clients
- Visit hardware shops, construction sites, and distributors to generate sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market reach
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide after-sales support
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer feedback
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Education: Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or any business-related field
- Experience: 2 years
- Industry Experience: Paint Manufacturing
Soft Skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Must be self-driven, energetic, and goal-oriented
- Additional Details
- Familiarity with local markets and ability to understand distribution routes.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle is an added advantage.
