Job Summary: A senior leadership role for a strategic, hands-on leader to drive commercial growth overseeing B2B sales, sales operations and digital marketing.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B sales and marketing strategy.
- Lead and motivate sales and marketing teams.
- Grow revenue and expand client base.
- Track market trends to stay competitive.
- Maintain key client and partner
- relationships.
- Manage departmental budgets for strong
- Return On Investments.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years in Sales & Marketing (4+ in leadership).
- Proven record in B2B sales growth.
- Experience in branding, printing of advertising is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with data driven approach.
- Excellent communicator and negotiator.
- Proficient in CRM & digital marketing tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (an MBA is a plus).
