Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Sales group, as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.
Imagine yourself as the conductor of an orchestra, bringing harmony to the symphony of sales. You’ll be the maestro behind the scenes, wielding the baton of organization and ensuring every sales rep plays their part flawlessly.
This isn’t your ordinary admin role. Here, you will be the strategic partner to our dynamic sales team, ensuring they close deals and exceed targets with laser focus.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will be the go-to person for sales commissions, service issues, and logistics. Think of it as keeping the sales engine well-oiled and running smoothly.
- Meetings? You will orchestrate them like a maestro, ensuring smooth scheduling and flawless execution.
- Data is your friend! You will manage reports, identify cost-saving opportunities, and leave no stone unturned in maximizing efficiency.
- Our DSRs (Direct Sales Representatives) are your rockstars. You will be their support system, ensuring their demo phones are readily available and communication channels are open.
- But that’s not all! You will be the champion for our non-selling DSRs, keeping churn at bay through regular communication.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A process-oriented mind – efficiency is your middle name!
- Interpersonal skills that would make a diplomat envious.
- Planning and organization skills that would put a chess grandmaster to shame.
- The ability to work under pressure and stay calm amidst the sales storm.
- Customer care skills
- Experience and Education
- At least 2 years’ experience with preference given to those with exposure to CRM systems
- Diploma and/or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
