Job Summary: Exquisite Solution Limited is hiring an experienced Project Coordinator for our client in oil and gas. The role manages project life cycles, contracts, customer relations, market development, and daily HR and national content activities, ensuring efficient operations, compliance, and sustainable team growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Manage the full project life cycle, including operational coordination, risk mitigation, and high-quality project delivery.
- Drive market development, brand promotion, and business expansion through market intelligence and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate bidding and contract reviews, ensuring alignment with legal, commercial, and technical requirements.
- Oversee project bidding, proposal preparation, client negotiations, and competitor analysis to secure quality bids.
- Manage contracts and client relationships, ensuring proper execution, client satisfaction, and business growth.
- Lead project team HR and capacity management, including staffing, performance evaluation, career development, and compliance tracking.
- Implement national content initiatives, support local workforce and supplier development, and drive process innovation for sustainable team growth.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills to manage relationships and resolve conflicts.
- Proficient in human resources management, including recruitment, training, performance, compensation, and labor relations.
- Skilled in data collection and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Strong decision-making and adaptability to handle unexpected situations and mitigate risks.
- Knowledge of the oil industry talent market, compensation trends, and basic financial management (cost accounting, budgeting).
