Job Summary: Exquisite Solution Limited is hiring an experienced Procurement Officer for our client in oil and gas. This role ensures all customer and operational needs are met in full compliance with approved management systems to maintain uninterrupted operations and support successful project execution.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with all laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Manage equipment, materials, and inventory to prevent shortages and operational disruptions.
  • Coordinate procurement needs and develop accurate procurement plans.
  • Execute timely procurement of key equipment, materials, and spare parts.
  • Develop and maintain a qualified supplier database and optimize supplier performance.
  • Strengthen supply chain stability, efficiency, and cost control.
  • Manage procurement payments and financial reporting with transparency and accuracy.
  • Identify and mitigate procurement risks while enforcing compliance requirements.
  • Monitor contract performance, quality, and delivery to ensure reliable supply.
  • Support additional management-assigned tasks and drive process innovation.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant procurement and supply chain experience.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven skills in supplier management, negotiation, and coordination.
  • Ability to optimize supply chain stability, efficiency, and cost control.
  • Competence in data analysis and effective resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with operational and technical requirements relevant to procurement.
  • Demonstrated capability in process improvement, digitalization, and innovation in supply chain management.
