Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal to oversee the operations of our secondary, primary, and pre-primary levels. The role is central to shaping the institution’s future direction and ensuring alignment with its vision and mission.
Job Description: As the Principal, you will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of all educational levels. You will lead and support the respective school heads, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to excel in their roles.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee academic programs and ensure they meet high standards of excellence.
- Manage school budgets and financial planning.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate staff members.
- Implement effective policies and procedures to enhance school operations.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and values-driven school culture.
- Engage proactively with parents, the community, and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A master’s degree in education, educational leadership, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in educational administration, including leadership at school or institutional level.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple academic programs or schools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- A valid teaching license or professional certification.
