Job Summary: Sanik Systems Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our daily business operations, improve efficiency, and ensure the smooth delivery of our IT services. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive business growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflows across different departments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals.
- Manage and optimize processes for service delivery, customer support, and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence and business targets.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and security standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive innovation, cost management, and service expansion.
- Foster relationships with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze financial and operational reports to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to enhance business continuity.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of IT services, cloud solutions, and digital transformation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
