Deed Microfinance exists to provide microfinance and enterprise development services to low and medium income earners to enhance financial independence and sustainable development.
Job Summary: A Marketing Officer at Deed Micro Finance limited is responsible executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s financial products and services (loans). The institution is looking for B2B Marketing executives (2) aiming to attract new customers and retain customers while adhering to regulatory compliance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Conduct market research to identify target demographics and their needs.
- implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the institution’s overall business objectives.
- Achieve marketing goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success.
- Product Marketing:
- Create and deliver a compelling product messaging and positioning for new and existing financial products.
- Participate in product sales strategies including, advertising campaigns, and sales activations
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for product enhancements and customization.
- Digital Marketing:
- Participate in social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads and engage customers.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry, products, and regulations.
- Proven experience in traditional and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and measure marketing effectiveness.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills to execute marketing plans effectively
