Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in developing marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and enhancing brand awareness to drive customer engagement and business growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Monitor and manage social media platforms and respond to customer inquiries.
- Support email marketing, SEO, and digital advertising initiatives.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches.
- Maintain and update the company’s marketing database and CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and improve customer engagement.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and effectiveness.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or social media management is an advantage.
- Strong creativity and ability to generate engaging content.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of IT services and technology trends is a plus.
