Job Summary: The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating and processing loan applications, assessing clients’ financial status and creditworthiness, and developing strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate & process two wheelers loan applications thoroughly
- Assess clients’ financial status & creditworthiness
- Develop & maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures
- Follow up on repayments & maintain detailed records
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Finance, Business, or related disciplines
- 2+ years experience in lending/credit (added advantage)
- Strong analytical & interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Integrity & customer-focused mindset
- Computer Skills (Excel, email proficiency)
