Job Summary: To plan, implement, and manage the bank’s IT infrastructure including data centers, databases, servers, networks, cloud systems, and end-user technologies and ensure secure, reliable, and efficient ICT operations that support business continuity, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, VMware Certified Professional, Cloud Certified Solutions Architect, ITIL, or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer are added advantage
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in ICT infrastructure and operations management, preferably in a financial institution or regulated sector.
- Strong understanding of data center operations, virtualization, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL).
