Job Title: Irrigation Sales Engineer

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for irrigation and water pumping systems.
- Design and size irrigation systems (drip, sprinkler, centre pivot, etc.) based on client needs and field conditions.
- Design and size solar water pumping systems, including PV arrays, pumps, and control gear.
- Prepare detailed designs, drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities for water infrastructure projects.
- Conduct site visits, demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental sustainability.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and partners.
- To provide excellent customer service to all our customers.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.
- Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
- Provide after-sales technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Water Resources Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in irrigation system design and sales.
- Strong technical knowledge of irrigation systems and components, pumping systems and water management systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, EPANET and irrigation design software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
