Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Physical Education to lead our Physical Education department. This full-time position is fixed term and involves overseeing the delivery of the UK curriculum across all school stages. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting physical health, wellbeing, and active lifestyles among our diverse student body.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science or related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 3 years of relevant teaching experience
- Experience working with the United Kingdom curriculum preferred
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop engaging PE programs that cater to different age groups
- Competence in organizing extracurricular sports activities and events
- Ability to teach ‘Sports, Exercise and Health Science’ at IBDP level would be an advantage
