Job Summary: Exquisite Solution Limited is recruiting experienced Field Sales Executives for our client in the telecom sector. The role focuses on selling internet services, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers to generate new business.
- Qualifying and following up on sales leads to maximize conversions.
- Present and explain telecom products and services, highlighting benefits.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolving issues promptly.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams on launches, promotions, and onboarding.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on customer usage and market trends.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
- 2 years of sales experience, preferably in telecom or technology.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive customer acquisition.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform under pressure.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Basic knowledge of telecom products, services, and market trends.
- Skilled in sales reporting, performance tracking, and providing market feedback.
- Willingness to travel and engage customers in the field.
