Job Summary: This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive, based in Kampala. The position involves managing client relationships to enhance customer retention and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include improving customer experience, analyzing client needs, and supporting sales initiatives to achieve business objectives. The executive will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, facilitating effective communication and maintaining long-term relationships.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Strong analytical skills for assessing customer data and solving problems
- Experience in customer retention and enhancing customer experience
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients effectively
- Background in sales and fostering customer loyalty
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in customer relationship management or related roles
