Job Title: Credit Manager

Skyline Cash Credit Finance was founded in 2013 after attending the entrepreneurs training and workshop since then it follows the objectives below:
- To change local peoples livelihood by 2025.
- Raise equity financing through savings.
- Provide finance to SME’s.
- Grow into an investment micro finance bank by 2029.
- Provide short term working capital members’ businesses.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and grow existing relationships to increase revenue and market share.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely and effective delivery of products and services.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments to understand clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and services, including loans, deposits, investments, and insurance.
- Sales and Marketing: Promote financial products and services to clients, leveraging marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
- Credit Analysis: Analyze credit reports, financial statements, and other data to assess clients’ creditworthiness and make informed lending decisions.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates, resolving issues, and addressing concerns.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit analysts, loan officers, and other relationship managers, to deliver seamless client experiences.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree: In a related field, such as business, finance, marketing, or economics.
- Professional Certifications: Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or other relevant certifications.
- Relevant Coursework: Courses in finance, accounting, marketing, and business management.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-5 Years: Of experience in a related field, such as banking, finance, or sales.
- Progressive Experience: Progressively responsible experience in relationship management, sales, or business development.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of financial products and services.
- Leadership Experience: Experience leading or managing a team, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Key Skills:
- Communication and Interpersonal: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Sales and Marketing: Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to promote financial products and services.
- Financial Analysis: Basic financial analysis skills, with the ability to understand financial statements and credit reports.
- Time Management and Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing client needs, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.
