Job Summary: Our Client OHMS Network Infrastructure and Communication Company LTD (ONICC) is seeking two dynamic professionals to join their growing team: a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic client acquisition, partnerships, and sales initiatives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase company revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities, leads, and partnerships.
- Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare and present business proposals and bids.
- Oversee budgeting, planning, and financial tracking for business projects.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client account management.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent understanding of bidding, budgeting, and revenue generation.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
