Reporting to the Head of Bancassurance Partnerships, this role oversees the Bancassurance sales targets. They will drive the sales strategy to achieve growth overall productivity and profitability of the Bancassurance channel.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Business Development and Sales Growth
  • Identify new business opportunities within the bancassurance channel to drive growth and expand PAUL’s market share
  • Actively monitor sales performance and recommend strategies to address any shortfalls
  • Support FSCs and bankers in achieving sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Bancassurance to design and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on the performance of bancassurance products and recommend enhancements based on market demands
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and leadership to foster loyalty and commitment to the partnership
  • Act as a primary contact for assigned bank partners addressing their needs and resolving any challenges promptly
  • Work closely with internal teams such as operations and marketing to ensure seamless support of bancassurance activities
  • Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare and submit timely sales performance reports to their line manager.
  • Ensure all bancassurance activities comply with each partners policies and procedures
  • Team Leadership
  • Organize regular meetings and training sessions for FSCs to enhance engagement and performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team.
