We extend psychosocial support, increase education outcomes, and enhance access to quality education for young people (6-25 years) at the margins using a combination of methods, including arts education at the core, one school and community at a time.
Job Summary: We seek an Accountant responsible for managing the organization’s financial records, budgets and donor funds in compliance with NGO financial policies and statutory requirements. The role involves recording transactions, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, managing cash flow, and supporting audits. The Accountant also ensures accurate donor reporting, budget monitoring, and timely filing of taxes and statutory returns.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- CPA Level l or higher is an added advantage.
- At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in NGO accounting or financial management.
- Proven knowledge of NGO donor reporting, budget tracking, and grant accounting.
- The company is located in Masanafu.
