Job Summary: Manage Inventory and billing of customer sales in SAP. Transport Management, planning and on time delivery of customer products to the Key distributors. Key Contact for customer Sale team and Key Distributors (Customer service).
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Inventory and its accuracy in the customer system (SAP).
- Responsible for billing of customer sales in SAP and provide required billing updates and Reports.
- Responsible for transport planning and trucks Utilization working alongside the customer team based in South Africa.
- Transport Management that is, ensuring trucks availability (including sourcing) and timely delivery of customers goods to their various Key Distributors
- Responsible for Customer Interface and Communication regarding Order Placing, Order fulfillment and Delivery Schedules.
- Responsible for transport safety and drivers’ management.
- Own the financial performance of the transport P&L and ensuring quality of delivered services
- Responsible for Sales and on time delivery KPIs (CCFOT -Category A KPI, Dispatch and Number of cases loaded/ billed per day)
- Sales Risk management that is inform Customers in any event of OOS in the Orders placed to cater for top-up orders.
- Responsible for Customer Interface and Communication regarding Order Placing and Order fulfillment and Delivery Schedules.
- Responsible for Transport KPIs and Transport performance management
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or Transport and Logistic Management.
- At least 2 Year warehouse/logistics experience
- Inventory Management and WMS Experience
