Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and post engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) across social media.
- Develop and manage content calendars with the Marketing Manager.
- Write captivating captions aligned with Majibu Africa’s voice and values.
- Engage with online audiences and respond to messages and comments.
- Capture field content from installations, customer stories, and community events.
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations.
- Track and report social media performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and propose creative ways to grow engagement.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience managing social media or creating digital content.
- Skilled in photography, videography, and basic editing (CapCut, Canva, or Adobe tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and creative.
