Job Summary: SurePay Limited is looking for proactive and skilled Products Officers to support the product development and management process.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform market and customer research
- Develop product strategy and vision
- Define Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Write Business case
- Develop User Requirement Specifications (URS)
- Raise Change Requests
- Set and track Product Performance Analysis
- Support Partner Management and Reporting
- Lead Product Innovation
- Develop Product CVPs
- Lead on product pitching and demonstration
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product development.
Preferred Attributes:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
