Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A Diploma in Business related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in field sales, customer acquisition
- Strong persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of self-motivation and discipline – able to work independently and meet weekly targets.
- Ability to move within communities and conduct fieldwork regularly.
- A passion for growth, customer service, and financial inclusion.
