Kilimall continues to expand the mall, with the scope of offerings that will increase in variety, simplicity and convenience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Engagement- Actively promote and sell company products to customers.
- Provide accurate product information, features, and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
- Customer Service & Pick-Up Station Support- Serve as the point of contact for customers collecting online orders from the pick-up station.
- Verify customer details and ensure accurate and timely handover of packages.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a smooth coordination between online and offline sales channels to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stock & Inventory Management
- Conduct daily stock verification and update records for the assigned section.
- Report low stock levels, product damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
- Support in restocking and ensuring accurate product display and labelling.
- Shop Maintenance & Display Management- Ensure the shop and display areas are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Maintain proper arrangement of products according to categories and promotional guidelines.
- Support in setting up promotional displays, posters, and branding materials.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Experience in electronics, phones, and accessories ecosystems is an added advantage.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good numerical and record-keeping abilities for daily stock checks and reporting.
- Smart, confident, and presentable in appearance and conduct.
- Fluent in English and at least one local language
- Willingness to work on weekends or public holidays when required.
