Job Summary: Supports the company’s sales and marketing efforts. Key tasks include lead generation, prospect nurturing, and customer conversion, with the ultimate goal of driving revenue growth and meeting business targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various marketing and outreach methods.
- Nurture and follow up with prospects to guide them through the sales funnel.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications to create campaigns and promotional materials.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to refine strategies and improve performance.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and persuasion techniques.
- Digital marketing knowledge (e.g., email marketing, social media).
- Customer relationship management (CRM) proficiency.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
- Time management and organizational abilities.
